didnt eat since 5pm. woke up at 6am with a cold. ate at 10 am. sick and gained. what's the point of intermittent fasting if I'm hungry and ill. no thank you.

Feel better, Kitty. If it's from hunger, you'll live. If it's from something else, the hunger won't kill you. The hunger will disappear if you stay at it. You're body will adjust to the level of food you give it, over time. The point of IF is to help you limit your calories so you'll look good in your wedding pictures. If that's not important to you, then don't do IF. Don't make excuses. Do or Do Not. Don't say you'll do then wimp out because you're a little bit hungry. Come on girl! You're stronger than that! You can do it!

It is never a bad idea to re-evaluate the path you are taking on your journey to reach your goals. Eliminating the plans that don't work for you is just as important as finding the plan that suits you best. Take it slow and be gentle with yourself. Healthy living is a process, not just the number the scale.

It's possible that you need some electrolytes . I find that if I have some salt and water it helps alot

Intermittent fasting is a great tool, but the most important to lose weight is the calorie deficit, well Lzenn is right, we have to learn that it's ok to be a little hungry while we are losing weight.
