Thanks, Naiomy! I'm back in the maintenance phase. Too much going on to go all hardcore to get to that goal weight. Besides, the bod's pretty decent right now :)

I have been sort of MIA myself. Just too much going on with work and not enough time to catch up on journals. I have been trying to keep up by checking in a little at a time on my phone. Good job on everything you have accomplished so far and getting to the "pretty decent" bod :)

Haha! You probably already do.... I've gained some weight here. But also increased the muscle mass a little by lifting heavier at the gym. Fitness evals are 2Dec, so I'll be working hard on run time and decreasing waist circumference... so it's on, H!
