hey - where ya been girl? So exciting...just two lousy tenths!!! Think positive, and maybe you can pee them out of you today :))) 

Work has been a bit crazy. A lot of change going on but I have been able to say true to my WOE and exercise plan.....That is what keeps me going on a daily basis....Bought myself a brand new road bike......It is beautiful. I can climb hills like a champ and only losing one lung instead of two...lol... 

we miss you, congrats on "one dom" that's awesome. might want to pop in and say hello!!! 

can't ya just taste it???? So proud for you!!
