day 2 so far:
2 coffee with SF creamer
elliptical 45 minutes
squats, lunges, shoulders, crunches, push-ups
whey protein shake
1 cup brown rice
raw carrots and broccoli (12 oz bag)
dr.pepper
jones SF soda
~15 almonds

Looking good so far...one suggestion though...you might shoot for only drinking one cup of coffee if you can stop completely...drink more water also.

I don't usually write down water...but I drink a ton. probably about 100oz a day! I can't give up the coffee yet...but as summer arrives, I take it back a bit.
