Evening all! A good day but I've yet to weigh myself. Maybe tomorrow morning? I tend to up my calorie count on the weekend so I'll either weigh in the AM or on Tuesday morning. In the past I'd consider a weekend an opportunity to relax the diet a bit and treat myself since I try to be more strict during the week. I'm not sure I'll do that this time around. We'll see how it goes.

Evening Mcarthey; I prefer to weigh-in on Friday's, that way I know where I'm at before the weekend begins. I use to weigh myself every day. It almost got to be obsessive, so I had to cut back lol. May you have a great weekend as well!
