I knew I would have a gain over Christmas, but it isn't too much, hopefully with getting back to the walking and adding yoga it will come off soon.

I got 10 new pounds for Christmas... but it is usually a big German feast for 2 weeks while family gathers in and out bringing treats you will NOT GET FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. so … Considering Last year when I gained almost 20# its a win!
