Most of the people on the paleo diet are doing it wrong - myself included. The problem come from eating an excess of protein. Basically consuming more than 1g per 1lb of lean body mass per day cause the body to convert the protein excess to glycogen. Bam. That's how a paleo diet can sneakily turn into a moderate to high carb intake and the weight stop dropping.
So I'll be using Fatsecret to make sure that my carb intake remains below 50g/day and the protein intake below 80g/day. Let's see what happens during the next two weeks.
