I started an exercise regimen in February which consists of exercising in the morning for an hour and carefully watching my diet. So far, I have lost 10 lbs and I would like to continue losing weight. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by September as I will be standing in a wedding for my good friend Mary and I have to fit into a size 18 dress. I ordered a smaller size so that I would be able to push myself to lose weight. Every time I see a photo of myself, I am just disgusted with what I see. I am beginning to see results in my face but I would really like to start seeing the results in my belly! I can't have anybody else do this for me, I have to do it myself! My overall goal is to lose 100 pounds by 2012.
