V-I-C-T-O-R-Y! Weighed in at goal. My goal was to hit 135 by spring break and I did it. We are off to the beach this weekend. I know my weight will fluctuate a few pounds, but to see it on the scale for the first time, after double-checking, is a real thrill. I'm going to keep on keepin' on and see where it takes me. My 14 yr old daughter is the same height and a lean 126, so I know I can go down another few pounds. Realistically, I think I'll hover around current weight throughout the summer. I don't expect perfection but am motivated to eliminate some of the remaining fat on belly, thighs, and fanny. The doctor gave me the clear to exercise so I'm going to start spinning classes soon.
