I went a bit over today as I made a delicious cheese and broccoli soup that was definitely unhealthy!
Although, the intake calculation on this app doesn’t seem to let me add that I’m breastfeeding which means I’m supposed to get more calories.
I had plenty of exercise and haven’t eaten much this week so I’m feeling pretty good about what I’ve eaten :).
