THIS is why I always try to record my meals before I eat...didn't tonight, and went over on everything. Not a huge amount, but enough my weight will probably be up for tuesdays weigh in. I am drinking tons of water to try and offset it. I feel really dumb, I know better. Nothing to do but keep going, and Be more careful. I am not to be trusted.
