I know I just weighed in three days ago, but I wanted to weigh-in again today because my local gym just opened, so I wanted to use this as a marker. I know gyms aren't everyone's cup of tea, and that there's plenty of exercise one can do without machines/equipment (I walk outside a LOT when its not cold and dark), but I'm hoping that access to the equipment will change up my routine.
Weight is up because I overdid it at a work dinner last night. Not pleased, but not surprised.
