Day 3 of my new journey..so far so good!!staying on plan..was really hungry last night and had a few almonds..I know they aren't allowed on induction,but what I really wanted were oreos and a glass of milk..made a smarter choice by having the nuts and a diet soda.

Congratulations on renewing your committment to yourself! Sad to hear your summer was difficult, but I do think you have the best attitude to move forward with. You are not alone, I struggled this summer too! Day 3 is awesome, great start...glad you are back on track!!

Almonds may not be on induction but they are very good for your joints - a very smart choice! Nice to see you on Day 3 - of the beginning of the rest of your life!
