I have decided not to stress my weight and lose the weight the healthy natural way!!By Watching what I eat also making sure I dnt consume to many calories with in the day..I have been working out 4 times a week for the past month for about 1 and a half to 2 hours!! Hopefully I lose all the weight by Dec..I think that's more then enough time!! I may have my down falls but I will not give up!!
