Day 57: Well around 11am i go to dental surgen to have a tooth removed that its roots are near my sinus cavity so hopefully i wont be in too much pain but eatting may be lil hard tomorrow. Maybe milk shakes will make it feel better i know it not healthy for me but its better to take in some kind of cals then none.. Hopefully i will still be able to eat and i al over thinking it.. Well guys see ya later

Try a smoothie with fruit and almond or coconut milk instead perhaps? Yogurt? Good luck, stuff like that just sucks.

tooth pulling went good have some pain but hubby take care of me well

Oh I am so glad it went well for you! Protein powder mised with almond milk or skim milk is a good way to get your nutrition if you cannot chew anything.
