At the rate that I'm going, I might lose 15 lbs this month. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm following the meal plan set up for me and working out 5-6 days a week for about an hour. The only thing that I've added is drinking fresh-brewed green tea. I have a tea maker that a friend bought me for Christmas. I'll brew some green tea and put some ice in a glass and drink it with 1 packet of Splenda. I think that's why I'm losing the weight that quick.
