Out of commission for four whole days.
My dog was attacked by another dog, so dealing with ACC and Sherriff. Then i got the flu, or some sore snotty sore throat thing. Then off the wagon with some fried foods and more friend foods. I think it was something i ate lo, like bad wings.

I did grocery run last night, got some fun recipes to try. First one i tried is little sweet peppers cut lengthwise, seeds removed. Then i made taco meat and added a spoonful, and some cheese to each pepper boat. Melted the cheese. So darn good! A favorite for parties from now on. a favorite snack, a favorite meal.(I just ate one!)

Went to gym today, have one at work. Walked a lap on treadmill - plan to do a whole mile today at work and a mile after. and then when i get home conquer my challenges i signed up for.
