A very sad day for me,my good friend and traveling buddy told me this morning that her cancer has spread to her neck and spine.Prognoses is not good. This could be one of those emotional eating days but I will try to hold it together. We love to go places together,her husband and mine don't care about traveling so we just make it girls only.Last trip to Las Vegas was a blast and we were planning a return trip soon,guess its on hold.She is a great cheerleader in my battle to loose weight.
