HELP!!!! I am craving chocolate and caramel so bad! Normally I don't crave chocolate, but it is hitting really hard today. :( :( :( Trying really hard to not give in to the cravings.

I have found having a piece of dark chocolate 85% or 90% really helps me when the big chocolate cravings hit.

Keeping some sugar free chocolates or caramels on hand for days like these might not be a bad idea. Just don't over do them because they still have calories, and the artificial sweeteners can do mean things to your digestive system, but they do help satisfy those cravings.

Putnanie is correct. Look into CALM which is available at health food stores or you can order it through Amazon or Thrive Market.

Get monk fruit hot chocolate off amazon and eat teaspoon of that. It’s roughly 2 calories and makes the chocolate cravings disappear

Lilly’s salted caramel dark chocolate. Delicious and 4 net carbs per 40 gram serving. It’s so good I never need a full serving.

Slim-Slam, I think today is by guilt-free day-We are having shrimp for dinner and then I am having popcorn with peanut butter M&M's. I am still exercising tonight, but I am not worrying about if I go over my calories for today. Tomorrow is a new day and I will enjoy my popcorn and M&M's.

I think every dieter should have 1-2 guilt free days per week, I did, do. Everybody slips up and stuff happens, plus we are human and not machines or robots. All healthy human endeavors should have some room for flexibility and/or error built into them.

I take 1 250mg magnesium tablet with my daily vitamin. No chocolate here plus magnesium is great for aches 👍🏼👍🏼 It’s a win win along with my glutamine after a workout lol
