Had a great day at the Fair,no french fries,no dough boys. I did have a hot Italian sausage with onions and no bun. The smells were driving me crazy but I fought them. It seems to be getting a little easier to resist all those not good for you foods. A lot of walking although it was a fairly slow pace. Tomorrow morning is my first class of Zumba gold will let you know how it goes.
