SO here we go. I've hunkered down on my diet. I can lose a lb a week eating 1633 calories a day and I am more shooting for about 1400. I really need to up my protein in my diet if I want to maintain my muscle.
I can now run for 1.5 miles without much difficulty. I have completed 3 weeks of weight lifting and my arms are looking very cut and so are my legs. I would like to see more of my middle abs.
I am shooting for 120 by Saturday...by my next free day!! Then I will head to 119 and try and sustain that for two weeks. Once I do that, I think I should have a good idea of what and how much to eat to maintain that kind of weight and my muscle tone.
