Well, I am only weighing twice a week now. It has been driving me nuts checking my weight everyday. Have been getting the calories up and am very nervous for weigh in. Got quite a bit more exercise today. Hoping that helps also. This journey is so hard. My body just refuses to let go. Even though I think about giving up, I talk myself out of it. There is a non stop conversation going on in there, haha. My blood pressure, and blood sugar numbers are still fantastic. Only moderate ketosis tho. Ah, tomorrow's a new day.
