I saw results today!Not on the scale though.Today was dress down fridays at work and I found that my dress panths felt a little loser,so thats encouraging.
I had mostly fruits for breakfast and had veggies and stir fry chicken for lunch so thats good, only for dinner i had a curry chiken with a little rice and peas.But its ok.I still did well, as long as i incorporate veggies n fruits in at least one of my meals i think ill b ok....I hope i lose even 2 pounds wen i weigh in sunday.
This is my first weekend since the diet.god help me.lol.think veg veg veg.lol.I have an office beach trip to negril in 2 weeks n im still deciding if i should go or not.All this depends on my weight loss....I still need to get more sleep as it is cutting back on my weight loss.

Hi Pretty girl! I'm not sure if you can read my journal but I wanted to share with you. I had to get my metabolism working again and that took 7 weeks. I lost no weight in that time, but plenty of centimeters. When my metabolism fially kicked in, I have started seeing the kilo's shift. So if you dont loose the weight but feel the difference in your clothes, dont be discouraged. Just keep at it! Your mind is like a computer and takes time to change the programming.
