Had fam in town so I completely took a break from eating right for my bod. Mom made some bomb filipino food (fried rice, pancit, lumpia), grabbed a super burrito with the sis and her kids, pizza and wings with the grandparents in Oregon, and I who knows what else. Hehe, ya ya ya ya, ok, I'm yo-yo-ing, but I take comfort in the knowledge that I know I can take it off easily with a little hard work and focus. Despite all that, I ran yesterday and felt great- the stamina and strength are coming back and still much better than it was 6 months ago. Here's to slimming back down this week! C-WW diet anyone? >=)
