I am getting so tired of losing the same pound over and over again. I'm not looking for a fast loss, but I AM looking for loss. What am I doing wrong? I guess if I ever lose to my goal, I should know how to maintain. Maintenance was worrying me, because that is my nemesis. All my life, I lose then regain,lose then regain.....I'm tired.
