Back to the trainer after missing a week while I was in Cali... it was hard, but i made it! Did some "ball squats"..... 2 sets of 12! Wow....intense. My butt will surely be sore manana! LOL And I'm tired today.....so much stress while I was away interfered with my sleep pattern big time, and I need to rest. I'm almost too tired to eat! Haha! Toodles.....
