Cn't believe when I first signed up for fat secret I was at 132 pounds. I let myself put on 25 pounds!! 5 pounds down 25 to go. I can do this! just angry at myself for letting go. I'm on 411' 150. I find myself getting tired n frustrated easier.hopefully this week I lose another 5 pounds! So ready to be happy n healthy again!
