Made it through the third day with no slip ups and down 6 lbs of regained weight.After eating in OWL for over a year,I had to re-read my book.It's amazing how much I thought I knew but,had really forgotten or just rearranged to suit me. Yesterday was a really stressful family day but,I perservered without overeating,sweets,fruit or vodka..really wanted chocolate. Here's to another safe day(toasting with my water).
