yahhhoooo!!! Finally in the 120's when naked (well its 129.8 but still in the 120's). My goal is 130 full clothed so thats what I weight myself as but super happy about getting on the losing track again. I really drank tons of h20 and fought eating to much junk. It was a tough one yesterday but now that I kick started my weight loss again I feel I can get rid of those last 4lbs!!! Then its off to stabilization and maintance! Does anyone know what they are about????

I have the same question as you. I think stabilization means...always stay on the plan...the good plan...not the bad plan...which is what let us think larger clothes were less attractive but so much more comfy. Haha!

From what I understand stabilization is a six week process where they bring you to a point where you no longer lose weight, after that you go in to maintenance. LOL.....I am doing maintenance all by myself now......now if I can only start losing some big pounds again........
