Thursday ... just one more day after today to the weekend. I can hardly wait!!
Spent an hour and a half at the dentist yesterday having a bone graft done on my missing tooth. It went fine. I'm sore this morning but that is to be expected. I worked so hard at relaxing I actually dozed off while he was working on me. Guess I trust this new guy.
I think I have 3 visits today, one just north of town, then all the way to Priest River then down to Spirit Lake. Quite a bit of driving. I'm also supposed to meet a colleague at 5:15 ... need to confirm and see if we are still doing that.
I like Fridays simple and unfortunately my Friday is much too busy. I have three visits in Boundary County and then a drive back to Sandpoint for one in town. Such is life. Seems like when it rains it pours.
The weather seems to be changing here. Much cooler at night, almost chilly!!! I am hoping for a mild, sunny fall this year. We still have so much to do, wood to get in for the winter (it has been much too hot to run the chainsaw), finish siding the house, paint the back porch, have a "storage unit" sale ... and hopefully cram some hikes and camping in there as well!!!
I should have stepped on the scale but I did not. Soft foods for me for today. Yogurt is my friend. Yogurt, even Greek Yogurt, isn't near as filling as other foods.
Well ... on I go. Darn, not quite enough time for Pilates now. I knew I should have done that first. See buddies ... it's fatsecret's fault, not mine!!! LOL!!
