Question for people who have done IMF Keto: Is being cold all the time a thing? I've been freezing for 2 days and I'm not sure if it's a keto flu thing, a fasting thing, or completely unrelated.

Actually, I don't recall feeling cold after I ate yesterday which is odd because I keep my house very cold but I work in a restaurant which is definitely not.

I do know that very thin and underweight people get cold, and the opposite with heavier people. Perhaps the weight loss is making you cold in comparison to previously. Idk.

I often feel warm/hot after eating; my wife loves to point it out.

When I went through Keto flu I didn't feel cold I just felt sluggish and tired and had headaches. Make or buy some bone broth and drink a glass when you are feeling bad and it will help with the Keto flu and will most likely warm you up as well.

Hands and feet were always freezing when I did low carb. If you are shivering cold, you may want to check your blood sugar. I was drinking diet sodas and the artificial sweeteners were raising my insulin without my taking in any carbs to balance it all out. I thought I was getting super cold but it was just how my body reacts to lower blood sugar. It stopped with the end of the diet sodas.
