Looked a bit like that here at my place too for awhile ago. A few months ago I went with a discipline that do not allow any supplements. Didn't take any for a long time, and a few weeks ago they all went in the bin. This restoring health project went through many stages. Had good fun with trying out supplements. Some of them did cause noticeable improvements. N=1 is it. Figuring out what works.
