Today I am thankful for rest. It was my "rest" day so i didn't do as much exercise. I also rested my spirit in church and enjoyed a long talk with my friend and my Grandma who will be 90 on Thursday. My Grandma is so encouraging to me. When I gained those few pounds after my vacations she told me not to worry they would come right back off and she was right. Grandma knows this from experience since she was a member of TOPS for many years. I am looking forward to celebrating her 90th with her on Thursday.
