Oh God it's too hot I'm not one to complain about the weather I live for this love the feel of the hot sunshine on my skin and much prefer heat to cold but my goodness I think I might be about to spontaneously combust 😮 sorry not food/diet or fitness related but this heeeaaaat!

Yep, raining here in Bonnie Scotland, shame the cloud covered the moon last night, what a sight that would have been, but hey hum. I like the heat I drink more water and eat less... Yeah😁😁😁

Heat is great to eat less. That's why since I have been living in Scotland (whilst originally from Northern Italy) I started growing my reserves like a bear before winter :)
