Cut your boneless chicken into pieces, add yogurt, according to your calories, if you're adding 2 spoons so don't forget to burn little more calorie for that day if you're losing weight, then add half spoon lemon juice, add Shan tandoori chicken masala, let it marinade for half an hour, add half spoon olive oil and let it cook on medium flame, give coal heat if you want. Eat with brown bread you'll love it.
