Good Morning.

Day 2 of 'back on track.' Yesterday went well, except I ended up with a migraine. I need strong 'no migraine' thoughts from everyone!! Yesterday was very busy, the same for today. I have a couple of appointments this morning, a fair amount of driving to do, and later this afternoon I will finally get my crown put on the tooth I had a root canal on.

It feels strange not to weigh in everyday. But I'm going to try to hold out for Friday or Saturday morning, even though Fatsecret will be telling me to weigh in!! As long as I stay 'on track' I feel okay about it. Just feels weird. After this little experiment though I will return to my old ways. I think overall it is the best way for me. It is good to mix it up on occasion though.

I have discovered Thomas' bagel thins. Only 110 calories!! Has anyone else tried them? Kind of nice to have another 'bread' option other than the sandwich thins. Last night dinner was a bagel thin with Omega peanut butter and sugar free jam!! Yummy. I had it late due to the migraine. Not my typical dinner but then nothing has been typical as of late.

I also discovered Jello sugar-free mousse. I've tried the chocolate indulgence flavor. Quite yummy!! I don't do a lot of 'sugar free' but on occasion, when I have a craving, it will be a nice treat. Only 60 calories!!

I must prepare for my day. Please have a good one!! I'm hoping some of you who have struggled with 'being on track' lately are joining me in this effort. Jessy I believe got back on track before me!! LOL!! Amy ... are you with me????

The grateful list will have to wait ... daylight is burning!!

I'm always on the look out for something other than "bread" to have a sandwich with... but then I don't do it and just have a salad! LOL Have a great day, and good luck with the no weight ins!!!

I HAVE tried the 110 calorie Bagels.....YUMMMMS....! A nice change from 100 calorie sandwich rounds.....I actually bought three paks a few weeks ago and store them in the freezer.....I've joined you on the *get back on track* wagon.....doing well so far....Sending GOOD vibes to chase the migraine away!!....hugggggies

I just tried them too, they were good. The mousse though, mmm I gotta try that. Bummer about the migraines, hope thats stops now. Happy thoughts and pills :)

I love those Bagel thins, I think I talked about them in my journal last week when Joe make me ravenous by putting on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.

I also have been sending go away migrane thoughts and hope they are working. I haven't tried or seen the bagel thins but I love bagels and Thomas are my favourites. I have been staying away from them because they have so many calories but I will definitely look for them and the jello. Thanks for the tips. I am in that mood again where I am getting tired of the same old crap. lol

Moose, yes to the above foods, have tried all and they are great. Try VitaTops Muffins in the Chocolate flavor. Warm them slightly in M/Wave (10 seconds). I swear, they taste like a brownie! And.....for 100 calories, they are packed with good vitamins. Check out the nutrition. They are in the freezer section of grocery store. Ask an employee if you can't find. They have corn muffins, raisin bran, cranberry and banana nut. Really good stuff. High fiber too. Hope this finds that crappy migraine over with. You and GlennM both had migraines today. Hmmmmm Whats in the air there? Have a good evening and talk to ya later.

Anne ... the migraine is gone and other than being extraordinarily tired tonight I am fine. Thanks for asking! When I am tired I want to eat. I've been good though. I did eat a Ritz Crackerful but my calories are still well within range. I need a vacation!! LOL!!

If you are tired, don't push yourself, go to bed very soon... You'll feel great tomorrow morning and you'll avoid the late snacks ;-) LOL to the vacation!

I'll have to check out the VitaTops Muffins ... I've never even seen them!! Funny you should mention the air ... I think the migraine may have been caused by a huge barometric shift we had here yesterday ... big weather change. I hope you are doing well and adjusting to your new schedule. Tomorrow is another day!!

Hope the migraine is better by now moose. I've never tried the Thomas bagel thins but since I do eat a lot of bagels I appreciate the tip. I thought I had written on these bagels earlier and am unsure of what happened to my post. It's possible that I didn't complete it though. sorry I'm so late! I sent migraine-go-away vibes yesterday, so I'm glad to see they combined with everyone else's and worked. I was with you yesterday, back on track! Of course, there were no goodies in the staff lounge to tempt me, but still. Have a great, no-migraine day!
