I allowed myself two weeks to eat things that I normally wouldn’t allow myself. Like tacos, pizza, ice cream, banana pudding. Not binging, just allowing it. What do I find today? I’m down 3 lbs. I’m not recording it because I’ve got to be dehydrated 🤣🤣🤣

I am more physically fit than I have been in a long time. I’ve read other people’s comments about raising calorie intake to prevent plateau. I’ve been plateaued for a while. Maybe that’s what happened. Idk. My rule is that I have to record the weight multiple times before it’s official. Lol

I’ve noticed the same thing, Bunnyff- sometimes I drop weight when I think I should have plateaued. Also, I only count a weight when I think it is “real” - otherwise, this app can figure up a “gain” of 31#/week! 😆

I wonder if eating the things you enjoyed satisfied you to the point where you weren't eating "around" them. Small amounts of yummy foods are often more satiating than a bunch of something "good" for us.

This is basically how my entire diet works. Pick a calorie level and eat whatever I want as long as I keep it under that. I have no cravings whatsoever, because if I want it, I schedule it in. Yesterday I had 2 mini cupcakes. It was only half a normal portion, but still, they were delicious and the rest of the day was full of good healthy stuff. If I'm going to stick to this, I have to enjoy the journey.
