I hope that's how I feel 17 weeks in. I am 2 weeks in and haven't cheated once. I know like any other addiction that if I give in to that one bite, it will all be downhill from there. And I know now that my body absolutely doesn't need it anyway. And you are right, the longer I go without it, the less I care and don't even thing about wanting carbs or sugar. It was nice to see a good, encouraging post:)
