Nickema yes it did fill me up. I am content. I felt stuffed and was surprised myself. How ever for a week now I have limited myself to small portions and it works.

I’m with you Samantha— I eat till I am no longer hungry. Can not tolerate that STUFFED FEELING.

Sounds good. I like to have some little portions of things I enjoy here and there too to get the taste, and then I'm not craving.
