Where does the time go??? I'm squeezing in a quick hello because my friend Cathy tracked me down on Facebook to say I wasn't here this morning!! I know. Time just got away from me.
I have been packing up my "office" as I am getting moved to a different "cubby" tomorrow. Our staff won't be in the office when the move happens as we have our annual summer staff meeting offsite. That has been taking a lot of my energy.
My mouth is feeling better. Tomorrow is the big extraction day. I'll be glad to have that behind me.
I'm diligently working at having a more positive attitude about everything.
The scale declined again but I've not had any "real" weight loss since I came back, despite being ever so diligent.
Pilates??? Yes!!!
Okay ... this journal is splotchy but at least you know I am alive.
