Doing really good on the fourth day of my challenge. Next weigh in is on Wednesday, I hope all the hard work translates into a drop in numbers.
The only thing i've not been able to follow completely on this challenge is the 8-9 hrs of sleep per night. I took a sleeping pill last night but had weird dreams. Won't be taking any aids in the future. I can't seem to shut my mind off even when I completely tire myself out. :/ That's always been the case with me though.

Feeling good though.

How's everyone else doing?

have you tried melatonin? I used it in Baghdad, it helps get you to sleep without the chemical grogginess that prescription meds do. you can take it at 230 in the morning and wake up at 3 hours later without any problems--no one needs to be fighting the urge to sleep while dealing with incoming!...melatonin is warzone tested and approved.
