Not weighing till Monday normally do it on a Fri but with dad being ill I've had a few ups and downs have managed to stay under 1800cals a day this week though as an average so hopeful

Don’t record if you don’t want to but I’d recommend you still weigh for yourself. You’ve had a tough week but you’ll also have easy ones so why not keep a constant? Take care
