3 days in a row of walking before work, it's a start. Looking at my food today I realize I am pretty high on my grams of fat but not over over board. Will do better tomorrow. Have to go shopping for produce and other low fat food. Wish I could get my boyfriend to join me but he always complains that lower fat products do not taste good. So I guess I will continue my diet and exercise plan and listen to him complain that he can't lose weight...did I mention he does not get off his a** unless it is to go to work? Oh well, such is life.
