I took the first 1000 mg of penicillin Wednesday when I got home from work. Now it is Saturday morning ...so I think that makes more than 48 hours of antibiotics and I am still in pain and there is a huge bump inside of my mouth where the tooth is, extending to the roof of my mouth.
It is starting to freak me out. I've been feeling it with my tongue but I looked at it last night ... oh my goodness. It was scary. Seems to me the antibiotics should be calming the infection. So, I called my new dentist.
I thought surely it would be a number to an answering service. No. It was his home!!! I called at 6 am. I would have never called so early if I thought I was calling his house. No one answered, I got a message. No one has called back either so they must turn their phone off.
So anyway ... that's my sad story. Scale is still stalled. I'm grumpy. And I had the weirdest dream about ChattyCathy that upset me greatly last night. Just not in a good space.
