Feeling good today for the most part. Two days in a row of taking the pup for a 2 mile walk. I have to stay motivated to keep doing this and then adding more exercise as well. I have always been relatively inactive but once in a great while I find the motivation to stick with a routine. I trained for and ran a 5k 3 years ago, why did I stop? I must do better! I need to quit smoking, that is for sure. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.
