I really need to lose at less 36 pounds to bring my BMI down, because I am over weight for my height. If I go with the BMI chart I am obese for my height. So I have started back working out I want to be healthy. Because I have heart diease in my family so that worries my with my weight putting me as obese. But I am taking it one day at a time.
