GREAT JOB getting the chart up at work!! What a great motivator! Journaling food is priceless. It really helps you see about what you are doing that works and finding out what isn't. ;) Keep on ROCKIN' IT!!

I have known people who went to Curves, some liked it, some said they got bored too quickly. Very little options, you basically do the same thing each and every time. So i guess to each his own. But no one i know that did Curves stuck with it.

I did go to Curves a few years ago...when they first started opening everywhere....It doesn't seem like you get much exercise going through the *circuit* - you change machines every couple of minutes (if it's even that long) but I have to say....I went faithfully every night....and I DID lose inches...no question about it...It's a great place to start until you become more comfortable exercising at a regular gym....and if you focus on form - and your diet - you WILL lose....tho - it does get monotonous....But better than doing nothing at all for sure! I was at a place where there wasn't a snowball's chance in H**L...that I would exercise at a regular gym....but once you start to feel yourself get into shape a bit, build your flexibility, you REALLY start to feel good about yourself and then.....ANYTHING IS possible....Huggies

Great about the 2 more pounds. I recently joined curves. I enjoy it because it forces me to move and I don't dread going because it is quick.....Of course, I am 67 and don't love to exercize. I like walking and I have so much opportunity here in Florida, but doing it alone makes me not do it at all.....I go through spurts. I can't declide how much curves will do for me, but so far it's good to do....
