Awful weekend, but at least I think I know what happened! On Friday my dear co-worker brought me a mini-loaf of banana cranberry bread. She makes it with stevia, which is great, but the flour amount was the same, plus it was packed with trail mix... I ate the heck out of it and it went downhill from there--to the point that last night I ate half of an entire box of macaroni and cheese. Ugh. starting over. wish me luck, please. This stuff can be soooo hard.

Lisa, we all have times like that. My downfall is friendship bread made by one of my wonderful church family members. It is soooooo good!!! And I could eat the whole darned loaf! But every day is the chance to start anew! HUGS and good luck!
