Awful weekend, but at least I think I know what happened! On Friday my dear co-worker brought me a mini-loaf of banana cranberry bread. She makes it with stevia, which is great, but the flour amount was the same, plus it was packed with trail mix... I ate the heck out of it and it went downhill from there--to the point that last night I ate half of an entire box of macaroni and cheese. Ugh. starting over. wish me luck, please. This stuff can be soooo hard.
