So I am back finally and I am rearing to go. I have been working on my diet for a week or so after an issue with high blood pressure and then I remembered " oh yea, I'm a member at fatsecret." So I am here again and I think this place will help me. I actually reached 218 and now I am back down to 214. I'm going to do my best to get down even further. I deserve this and it took me a while to realize that. It's going to be a hard journey, but I am willing to give it 100% this time.

Matter of fact I went to my doctor to get her advice and she helped me out with nutritional advice. She is also is going to send me to physical rehab once or twice a week so I can get my muscle atrophy in hand. I don't know if I said it before, but I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease. It makes things even more challenging, especially when I try to exercise. Right now exercise is almost impossible due to pain and weakness. Though I am hoping the physical rehab will strengthen my muscles to get me up and walking around my block again regularly and not only when I have a good day hear and there.

Sorry for the rambling, but this is just an update of what is going on with my life.

I will be on here a lot more and will do my best to keep up with my buddies on here.
