Back to 138.8 today. Though I am losing fat. My clothes are getting looser... yet again! So i'm guessing in a few days or a week i'll lose a couple of pounds to catch up. I'm 5' 7" at 139 - I carry my weight well. I do.
Lets see how it the rest of the week progresses. Do you think as soon as I hit 30 - the weight loss will slow down?
